Become a Partner. Share Your Successes.

Let's Move! in Indian Country seeks to acknowledge and advance the work that Tribal leadership and community members are already doing to improve the health of Native youth.

To become an LMIC partner, communities and programs must address at least two LMIC program goals:

  • Creating a healthy start on life
  • Developing healthy learning communities
  • Increasing opportunities for physical activity
  • Ensuring families have access to healthy affordable foods

LMIC, along with the Federal Partners and Community Network, is working to create new ways to share best practices, resources, and success stories. To become an LMIC Partner, please complete the form below and be sure to include brief descriptions of your youth and family focused activities so we can further acknowledge your program and share your accomplishments across a national audience.
